I haven’t really posted anything to the blog recently and that is because I have started a new job. Previously, I had worked in an office environment for around 5 years. The job allowed me to spend all of my time on the computer and a large proportion of that time could be spent on the blog. There just wasn’t much work. There’s nothing necessarily wrong with that but if you don’t go to the gym and keep active it can ruin your health. I am a perfect example of that. Combined with the fact I love my food, I can safely say that I don’t lead a healthy lifestyle at the moment. I hoped that this was something that might start changing.
